Progress Overview
We visited the lab this week with Trevor and went over the current state of the camera. We decided manually setting the ROI is appropriate as long as it stays within an fps range of 180 and 220. This will account for variability in mouse size and still ensures that tests will be accurate enough. The stepper motor arrived in the mail and we plan to meet tomorrow to begin testing with and Arduino as well as continuing working on CAD design for the plate portion. We are also waiting until we acquire video footage with the new setup before working on the software component.
